A Day To Remember Reviews

I tried shopping on the site, but it got annoying fast. Pages were loading slowly, the menu kept jumping around, and every time I hit back, the filters would reset like I hadn’t selected anything. Checkout wasn’t very clear either, so I ended up just giving up. I did reach out to support and they basically said something like, “try refreshing or clearing your browser,” but that didn’t really fix it for me. Overall, not a great shopping experience.

I ordered from adtrstore.com and ended up needing to exchange one of the items. It did get sorted out eventually, but the whole thing was slower than I expected. The replies took a bit, and the return instructions weren’t super clear at first, so that part was weird. Not the worst experience, but not exactly smooth either. I did get my replacement in the end, so I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

I waited weeks for my package and it still never showed up. Every time I checked, it felt like the delivery date had moved again, like they kept changing the goalposts instead of giving me a straight answer. Really frustrating experience.

I stopped by hoping to grab a few things, but barely anything I needed was available again!! Frustrating when the shelves are that empty.

At first the prices looked reasonable, but by the time I got to checkout, it didn’t really feel like I was getting much of a deal. I also noticed a few of the same items were the same price or even cheaper on other sites, so the overall value just felt kind of weak.

The quality was okay, not awful or anything, but I expected a bit more for what I paid. The whole experience also had that no real person there feeling, like everything was just automated and a little impersonal. I’d maybe try it again if there was a really good sale, but not at full price.

I ordered a shirt from A Day To Remember once it showed up, it just felt off. The print looked a bit blurry and the design didn’t have that clean, solid look you see in the photos. I’ve seen other people wearing similar merch at shows and theirs looked way sharper, so this one kind of stood out in a bad way. I’m not saying I know for sure it’s fake, but it didn’t really convince me it was authentic. Maybe I had my expectations too high, but I wouldn’t order again

I ordered my usual size thinking it would fit like most things I buy, but when I tried it on it was way too tight everywhere and just not comfortable at all, so the sizing was definitely off for me.

The order itself was fine, but the box showed up looking crushed and messy. I’ve seen other people get packages in much better shape, so it was a little disappointing to have mine arrive looking so rough. Not the worst experience, but I definitely expected it to come cleaner and better packed...

I’ve reached out twice now and still haven’t gotten a proper response. I’m sure other customers would agree that it’s really frustrating when you just need a simple answer and support doesn’t seem to be there.
